Spectra 6

An E Ink color technology supporting six pigment colors in a single display layer.

Spectra 6 is a generation of E Ink color display technology supporting six primary pigment colors: black, white, red, yellow, blue, and green. It is commonly used in retail signage, commercial displays, and gallery art display applications where limited color range is acceptable. Spectra 6 panels have slower refresh rates than grayscale E Ink but maintain the paper-like appearance and low-power benefits of the E Ink platform.
